Terms & Conditions of Office 1 Web Ltd.
Office1 Web Limited is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and Conditions of sale as stated below.
a) All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. which is set, where applicable, at the rate ruling at the date of dispatch and charged @ 15%
b) A carriage charge of £7.95 ex VAT is paid on all orders under £40.00 ex VAT
c) All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. To assist in maintaining our customer goodwill we request that any queries concerning items that are damaged or missing should be brought to our attention as soon as is practicable.
d) Goods are warranted for twelve months against defect in material and workmanship.
Statutory Rights
Office1 Web Ltd terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Title
Title to the goods delivered remains the property of Office1 Web Ltd until payment in full is received.

All of your transactions are protected by our secure server certificate which is an industry standard 128-BIT SSL certificate, this means all of your personal and debit and credit card details are encrypted as they pass over the internet from your computer to our secure servers.
All of your personal information is stored securely at all times. We do not hold any debit or credit card numbers on file.

1) Report the difficulty online by email or by telephone to our Customer Services Supervisor, info@office1web.co.uk
2) The difficulty will be investigated and responded to within 5 working days.
